Congratulations to our Athletes in the District Qualifiers

Our Athletics team had a hugely successful day out at District Qualifiers in Antrim yesterday. With 11 medals coming home, we will be well-represented at the Ulster finals. Two gold for Ryan Bradley(2), gold for Rohan McMenamin(1), Mark Galvin(2), Troy Preston(3) and Seán McGinley(6). A silver and bronze for Joseph Aidoo(6), and bronze for Jack Robinson(2), Adam McDaid(3) and Jayden Friel(6). A massive congrats to the whole team🏃‍♂️🏅

Congratulations to our Senior Soccer Team who have defeated Dé La Salle Waterford 3-2 to win the Dr Tony O’Neill senior Final.

Goals from Noah Barrett, Nathan Plumb and a lady minute winning penalty from Tiernan Brown.

Huge congratulations to the squad and their management team of Mr Michael Kelly and Mr Gareth McDaid.

Good Luck in the All Ireland Final

Everyone in the school, management, staff and students want to wish our Senior Soccer Team all the best of luck in their All Ireland Final. Mr Michale Kelly and Mr. Gareth McDaid’s charges take De La Salle, Waterford, tomorrow April 6th in Athlone.

The entire school community is behind you and for those who could not take their place amongst the armada of coaches and cars making the trip to the match, the match will be streamed live on the FAI Schools youtube channel at 1pm. Links will be posted tomorrow on our Facebook and Twitter pages
