Student Council Men’s Health Awareness Week

This week students will have an opportunity to learn skills, practice mindfulness, engage in keepy uppy challenge which will take place on Thursday 9th lunchtime in the REC. There will be a presentation given to all students during SPHE classes during the week to inform everyone how to actively look after their physical, medical and mental health.

St Eunan’s College Welcomes Mr. Tommie Gorman

As part of our celebrations to mark World Book Day 2023, students and staff welcomed Mr Tommie Gorman to St Eunan’s College today.
Tommie gave an interesting and entertaining insight into his time as a reporter with RTÉ in Brussels and 20 years as RTÉ’s Northern editor in Belfast. Sincere thanks to Tommie Gorman for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit us today.

Night at the Cinema

The Parents Association of Saint Eunan’s College has organised a ‘Family Night at the Cinema’ on March 9th.
It will be hosted in Century Cinemas at 8pm and there will be finger food and spot prizes on the night.
The film, An Cailín Ciúin (The Quiet Girl), has been shortlisted for an Oscar in the Best International Film category.

Ash Wednesday

There will be mass in the College Chapel at 8.15 to celebrate Ash Wednesday and to start the holy season of Lent. Ashes will be distributed, throughout the day, year group by year group, to all students who want to receive them.

Ulster Cross Country Success

Huge news coming from Mallusk in Belfast this week where our Junior Athletics Team came 3rd at Ulster Cross Country Championships!! They now go on to represent the school at the All-Ireland in March. Here they are pictured with Mr. McCroary. A massive congratulations to all 🏃‍♂️🏅
